Festival, Hamamatsu, Japan

Goten Yatai (Palace-like Floats)
During the nights of Hamamatsu Festival, people parade downtown carrying over 70 yatai, or palace-lake floats, that are beautifully decorated while playing Japanese traditional festival music. The festival reaches its peak when groups of people compete by violently marching across town.

Colourful picture!
Kris ,Which template do you use ?

Kris said...

@all : Thanks a lot, i rarely get good night shots with G5, it was one that came out well...

@vidya : I use the standard blogger template Minima Black. Ofcourse there are a few modification that i've made in that...

Vidya said...

Yeah ,the picture sizes are bigger .Can i know the modifications ?

Kris said...

@vidya : i manually modify the post image(HTML) to point to the original image path, rather than the small/meduim/large version that blogger automatically does...that is regarding the picture size. And for the template modification, you are free to go through/use the css...hope that helps...for more info u can mail me at snaplog@gmail.com
